BULLSEYE CX RUNNING FREE EXCEL COURSES FOR CLUB PROFESSIONALS

As a gesture of support for club professionals Bullseye CX has been offering a range of their best and most popular courses online for free throughout the COVID-19 shutdown period. They have been so popular that the second round of courses is almost full and Bullseye CX are preparing to open a third round.

Feedback from industry managers that have completed the courses so far have been incredibly positive. Unlike many other Excel courses available, Bullseye CX classes use club relevant data, so that the lessons learned are practical and highly relevant to club management needs.

Rather than being a standard online lecture-style learning design, where there is no opportunity for interaction, these classes have been live-streamed which allowed participants to ask questions of the trainers.

The overarching objective of these courses was more than just learning a few excel tricks. The courses have promoted a sense of community during these times of isolation, with the group feature well utilised and included much friendly chatter amongst participants.

The Excel courses cover everything from the Basics of Microsoft Excel to more Advanced functionality and are conducted in short, 1-hour sessions held online using Microsoft Teams, including a resource book and a certificate of completion.
