Danielle has over 18 years’ experience in the hospitality industry specialising in customer experience, customer loyalty, marketing & promotions. She is the brainchild and inventor of GSL Solutions, the industry leading points to cash card loyalty system which was acquired in October 2019 and co-founder and Director of The Drop.

Danielle was a finalist in the Optus Business Awards for Businesswoman of the Year and her company was a finalist for Outstanding Customer Service.
