COUNTRY CLUB MANAGERS CONFERENCE
The CMA Country Club Managers Conferences gets underway in Lismore in just a few weeks’ time. It’s the fifth annual conference and it is growing in size and relevance each year. It’s the perfect forum for country and regional clubs to discuss industry issues and challenges, often unique to their circumstances.
The opening session is dedicated to a Club Industry Issues Forum. Attendees are invited to provide topics for discussion in advance through Ralph Kober on .
Other highlights include Handling Grievances in the Workplace, Improving your Clubs F&B Service Culture and Legal and Commercial Hints and Tips for Club Managers.
There will also be panel discussions on Women in Club Management and a half day Country Gaming Workshop covering topics like:
- the current gaming landscape,
- legislative and economic influences,
- player engagement and RTP,
- trends and technology,
- loyalty and gaming promotions
- gaming room performance
- gaming strategy and execution.
As an added bonus, the conference also provides a free Active Certified Club Managers (ACCM) course.
