WINE SCHOOL WORKSHOP 1: FOOD & WINE MATCHING

Last month, on what was a sparkling day on Sydney’s Central Coast, the Drop hosted a Wine School Workshop at Fisherman’s Wharf Restaurant, Woy Woy. The family owned waterfront restaurant has been awarded a glass by both the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide and Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine.

The Wine School Workshop was hosted by a talented group of sommeliers from Vintage & Vine, led by Michaela Clayton and Nick Bath.

There are 5 video modules in the workshop and we’ll be releasing a new module each week that build into a complete workshop. All videos are available for Drop Members in the Members Only section after log in.

However we thought we’d give all our readers a small “tasting”, just to sample what a Drop workshop is like. Click here to enjoy now >>
