GTA LAUNCHES RESPONSIBLE GAMING MACHINE PLAY VIDEO SERIES

The Gaming Technologies Association (GTA) has announced the launch of a web page that includes a series of videos aimed at encouraging the responsible playing of Gaming Machines.

The videos on the web page provide all the facts that players need to help enjoy their time “playing gaming machines with the benefit of unbiased, independent and accurate information”.

The page includes videos explaining Gaming Machine Functions, how Gaming Machines work and the Probability of Winning.

A concise and key video message comes from the frank explanation about win/loss probability, with the sections on “How Gaming Machines Work” and “Probability of Winning” presenting very clear, simple messages. The presentation of how the “random number generator” works is similarly effective.

Visitors to the page can also download a hard copy of the leaflet “Responsible Gaming Machine Play” which provides a synopsis of the video content. They’ll also find the Australian Gaming Machines Player Information Booklet which includes; information about the history of gaming machines, a win loss table and detailed explanations about how machines work, Government Regulation and Player Return Percentages”.
