LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The 2020 Club Managers Leadership and Management Program is taking on a new form with program modules delivered using interactive online tools. Learning material includes reading, links, videos, activities and assessments. Modules include relevant skills for club industry managers such as:

• Quality Customer Service
• Budgeting and Financial Plans
• Communicating with Influence
• Recruitment Selection and Induction
• Workplace Relations
• Plus more!

Individual modules can be selected, i.e. you can choose to do one, three or nine modules or complete all 12.

Successful students will achieve the BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification from Australis College
