Smart Pups is a not-for-profit charity organisation based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia that specialises in providing trained service dogs to assist children with special needs such as autism assistance dogs, seizure response assistance dogs, mobility assistance dogs, medical / diabetic alert dogs and guiding assistance dogs.

Charities across Australia have had limited opportunity to raise funds throughout 2020 with event restrictions in place so this year the 2021 Smart Pups Fundraiser & Luncheon is even more important to allow them to continue their work providing assistance dog training.

Held each year at The Paddington Tavern in Brisbane the luncheon has become a must attend event on the Qld fundraising calendar with the club and hotel industry maintaining a proud history of support for the cause.

This year the keynote speaker is Australian professional Big Wave Surfer, Mark Mathews, with John Paul Young OAM headlining the entertainment for the day. The 2021 event is hosted by Ben Dobbin & Donna Lynch

All proceeds are donated to the Smart Pups Assistance Dogs Organisation. Find out more about what they do for special needs children and how you can help here:
