The first graduating class for the VIP HOST MANAGEMENT PROGRAM underwent their final training session and enjoyed a celebration dinner at the Crown Casino in Melbourne earlier this week.
Special congratulations go to Laura Hodgson, Gaming Manager at Doyalson Wyee RSL who will be heading off Las Vegas for G2E, courtesy of IGT.
The program – which is delivered by Barringtons in collaboration with The Drop – is a combination of accredited and non-accredited training focusing on the areas of customer service and the understanding of loyalty programs. Combined with an extensive leadership program, the course helps to develop and enhance skills in leading and managing your team while building your service standards and loyalty programs.
It is the first course of its kind to be designed specifically for the Australian gaming market.
The final course for 2018 commences 23 & 24 July 2018.
