WGHA LAUNCHES ANNUAL INDUSTRY SURVEY

Women in Gaming & Hospitality Australasia is once again conducting their annual industry survey.

This independent industry research will provide valuable information on gender equality from all industry members.  It will also determine a baseline for our industry around matters of gender equality.

Christie Roser, Chair of the Board, says “WGHA advocates for gender representation of 40% men, 40% women and 20% discretionary.

We are funding research to understand the barriers to entry, retention, and advancement of women in our industry. This insight will assist with reaching 40:40:20 representation at all levels of our industry sooner.

We urge all industry members, regardless of gender, to participate in this important research.”

WGHA will use the results of the survey to shape how the entire industry can deliver on gender equity and inclusion.

The survey can be accessed via our website – www.wgha.org.au
