Microsoft Partners – COMS Detect uses the latest Microsoft Algorithm to perform in cloud matching. This algorithm is constantly updated to provide world leading accuracy in detecting and identify faces in challenging conditions. It is scalable to handle large collections of images.  COMS Detect is built with security and privacy considerations, complying with standards like GDPR.

Cloud Based – COMS Detect is cloud based, which ensures all data is safe and secure.  COMS Detect and our customers data, is securely hosted in a Microsoft Azure data centre on Australia’s East Coast.   COMS Detect has 99.95% uptime due to duplicated cloud-based servers.  These accounts are secured with firewalls and special ‘one time only’ logins. There is no direct access from the internet and no onsite matching servers to fail.  Backups are written every hour.  All COMS Detect data is encrypted to protect personal data within the database.
