Overview of the AI Agents Course
For professionals who already use tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot and are ready to move beyond prompts into structured, repeatable AI workflows.
Presented by The Drop and delivered by leading AI educator Laurel Papworth, this intermediate-level workshop focuses on the next stage of AI in business: agentic workflows – where AI doesn’t just respond, but follows a process, applies judgement, and supports real operational decisions.
Designed for management professionals in the hospitality industry (clubs, pubs and suppliers), this session helps you move from experimenting with AI tools to applying them in a more structured, practical way across your organisation.
If you have done Laurel’s Drop workshops before, this workshop is delivering NEW content so is recommended for both new and past participants.
