KONAMI FEATURES NEW FORTUNE HEARTS AT AGE 2024
This year at the AGE 2024, Konami will be featuring a new game family, Fortune Hearts, with two new games, Emperor’s Choice and Lunar Dragon. The series adds a new bonus feature with sticky bonuses and multipliers and has been created by the same Sydney based studio that developed All Aboard, Bull Rush, Golden Strike and K-Pow! Pig.

A new bonus feature
The Fortune Hearts games introduce a new character-driven bonus game with two unique ways to trigger the feature, with each trigger involving different colours, sounds, animations and Heroes!
Players trigger the ‘Warrior Hero’ bonus feature with 6 or more bonus symbols, whilst the ‘Devil Hero’ bonus feature may trigger with 1 – 5 bonus symbols. Character driven game concepts such as this give players a real connection to the game, ultimately making the game more entertaining.
The bonus features include “sticky” Maxi, Major, and Mini Bonuses, as well as “sticky” multipliers. Any game with “sticky” symbols is very popular in the club and pub market and are historically favoured by many players.
Free games
Emperor’s Choice is a Roman themed game, where players collect 3 shield symbols to trigger six free games. During the free games wilds are added to the reels and players can retrigger the free games with only 2 shield symbols. Players will see this retrigger more frequently.
Lunar Dragon is a Chinese zodiac themed game where all dragon symbols (for the current Year of the Dragon) are Wild. Players collect 3 coins to trigger 5 free games and during the free games, bonus symbols are added to the reels. Only 5 of these bonus symbols will trigger the additional bonus feature with the ‘Warrior Hero’ character, and 1-4 bonus symbols may trigger the bonus feature with the ‘Devil Hero’.
Due to Konami’s leading graphic capability, they are able to offer these games on all of their machines including the Dimension27, Dimension49 and the new Dimension 75C cabinet that is built for maximum impact on the gaming floor, with a premium oversized screen that has a 4K ultra high-definition portrait display.
The Fortune Hearts games are medium – high volatility games that offer an interesting point of difference for players. Improved paytables in higher denominations will allow players playing at higher levels to have a better experience. The unique bonus feature with “sticky” multipliers as well as Maxi, Major, and Mini bonuses are sure to be popular among all players.
