SENPOS designers and developers have been working hard to enhance its point-of-sale system with a major focus on updating Member Insights software features.

Customers and delegates attending the Australasian Gaming Expo will be able to preview version 17, which is currently undergoing pre-release testing prior to its full release in the coming months.

Offering one-on-one demonstrations, the SENPOS team will showcase the full Member Insights experience, revealing the new campaign-based workflow, as well as the latest improvements in reporting, promotion, integration, and table ordering.

This latest version will offer significant advancements in functionality, allowing hospitality venues to track marketing campaign performance such as open rates, total prize values, prizes awarded, prizes claimed and total sales.

“Attendees can expect to get hands on and understand the overall benefits of intelligent member data. By having the capability to track campaign performance and analyse the data, club operators can ensure they are getting an effective return on investment,” says David Potter, Director of SENPOS

It is expected that with these new Member Insights features, plus the additional reporting functions, will greatly improve operational efficiencies for clubs, pubs and hotels.

The improved analytics dashboard displays data in easy-to-understand graphs and charts, providing business owners with superior control of member activity and valuable insights to measure return on investment (ROI). Too, with access to real time data, components such as products value awarded vs receipted sales enable a more fluid and flexible approach to member marketing.

The popular Order-To-Go online ordering system will also take centre stage at the expo, with SENPOS showcasing the updated guest checkout workflow, improved membership linking, and Tyro eCommerce integration enabling access for Apple Pay and Google Pay.
