ARISTOCRAT’S JACKPOT CARNIVAL REFRESH IS ‘DELUXE’

With a deep history of popular games, one of the interesting aspects of Aristocrat’s game development is their success in renewing and redeveloping their classic Australian legacy games by updating the graphics and features for contemporary players.

In Jackpot Carnival Deluxe, Aristocrat have taken the familiar older games, Where’s the Gold, Adonis, and Choy Sun Doa, to sit under the Jackpot Carnival theme with a Hammer feature that has a hold and spin element, but adds an interesting twist.

One of the main interests in the original Jackpot Carnival Link was its entertaining clown feature; a feature so popular among players that it sat on many gaming floors for over 15 years, and in QLD there are still many in the market. The new Hammer and Spin-a-Winna features retain that entertainment focus, but they have been updated to fit with current player expectations.

In NSW, the Jackpot Carnival Deluxe Link is available with Grand Jackpot startup levels of $12.5K, $25K or $50K. The SAPs will be released in the coming months.

In QLD, it will be released in a few months, in both Link and SAP versions. The Link will be available with a Grand Jackpot choice of $12.5K and $25K, and with startups of $5k, $7.75K and $10.25K on the SAP.

Common Instant Cash on Reels, Hammer and Spin-a-Winna Feature

Instant Cash on Reels feature

The Instant Cash on Reels feature is available across all the games. In this game family the Instant Cash on Reels is won when a Jackpot Carnival symbol is landed on the first reel, then any corresponding Cash on Reels, from left to right, will pay out at the end of the spin. With this new feature concept, players get to see more Cash on Reel pays in the base game.

Hammer Feature

The Hammer feature is triggered if players land a ‘Jackpot Carnival’ symbol on reel one, with connected Cash on Reel amounts in reels 2,3,4, and the ‘Hammer’ symbol on the 5th reel.

The screen extends four columns up the top box with each step up, having multipliers increasing from x1 to x5.  With an element of hold and spin, players have 3 respins to land further hammers that ‘bash’ their Cash on Reel amounts up the screen to a higher multiplier. Players continue until they don’t get another hammer from their three respins. At this point they are paid out the Cash on Reel amounts they have collected at the corresponding multiplier level each Cash on Reel symbol reached.

Spin a Winna

If players reach the top on at least one of their reels in the Hammer feature they can enter the Spin-a-Winna Feature which pushes their Cash on Reel amount up into the Spin-a-Winna wheel. Here we see the famous clown and players spin the wheel for their chance to win their Cash on Reel amount multiplied by at least x8 to x50, or the jackpots.

Unique Free Games Features

Where’s The Gold: The free game feature is the same as the original game where 3 scatters trigger free games.  Players choose a character and collect their number of free games (between 3-10) and specific symbols (1, 2 or 3) for the character that has been chosen. However, in this new version of the game a random clown symbol can be revealed which converts the players symbols to Cash on Reel wins. This makes it easier for players to get the instant wins or to triggering the hammer feature.

Adonis: These free games include wilds with x2 and x3 multipliers. The multipliers can accumulate on a line win of up to x36.

Choy Sun Doa includes a choice of either 8 free games with extra reveals or the Choy Sun Doa Jackpot Carnival Spin feature. This is a Super Spin where players try to land as many Cash on Reel symbols as possible across the reels for an instant win, or to have a chance at landing the hammer symbol on the 5th reel to trigger the Hammer feature.

Player Fit

The Jackpot Carnival Deluxe games range from the entertaining Where’s the Gold feature through to the more volatile Adonis with accumulating multipliers. From the Jackpot Carnival Deluxe feature, where players are focusing on cash on reel values, to the Hammer feature with a recognisable hold and spin style, plus the bigger wins in the Spin a Winna games there is something here to suit all players. A good high traffic area on your floor should work well.

FlexiPlay Available

This game also comes with the new version of Aristocrat’s FlexiPlay that gives players more control over how they want to play by choosing to bank some of their wins or limiting their time.

In Jackpot Carnival Deluxe, Aristocrat has made the most of their popular legacy games by re-building them with multiple contemporary features. By taking Where’s the Gold, Adonis, and Choy Sun Doa, and adding three features the game family grows the entertainment and excitement while maintaining the fun of the original games.
