FABULOUS HOLD & SPIN JACKPOTS: ARISTOCRAT’S LAYERED HOLD & SPIN GAME

Aristocrat’s latest game family, Fabulous Hold & Spin Jackpots, introduces a new Feature-in-Feature-in-Feature game structure designed for a broad player base. With four titles, Cash Champ, Glitter & Glitz, Magic Touch, and Come One Come All, this series combines familiar Hold & Spin mechanics with layered Jackpot opportunities and flexible link configurations.

Each game features a themed character recognisable within a Las Vegas setting: a showgirl, magician, circus acrobat, and MMA fighter. Behind the themes, two core maths models drive the game play across the four titles, each offering a different free game experience while maintaining the popular Hold & Spin feature foundation, with a multilayered twist!

Feature Structure and Game Mechanics

The primary Hold & Spin feature is triggered by six cash-on-reel symbols. If a player lands a “Fabulous Hold & Spin Jackpot” symbol as one of the feature trigger symbols, or within the gameplay of the first Hold & Spin level, the player will progress to the second ‘Fabulous Hold & Spin’ level. This second level has seven fixed positions, rather than the standard fifteen for most Hold & Spin games. Here the player needs to land a minimum of three cash-on-reel symbols to start their three spin resets, guaranteeing them a minimum of three prizes. Filling all seven positions results in the player winning the ‘Fabulous Jackpot’.

Players who land a “Vegas Hold & Spin Jackpot” symbol during this second ‘Fabulous’ feature will advance up to the third Hold & Spin level. This symbol can land up to three times during the ‘Fabulous’ feature, giving players up to three opportunities to progress to the ‘Vegas Hold & Spin’ level. The ‘Vegas’ round has only five positions to fill, with again, a minimum of three cash-on-reel symbols required to start the three spin resets. Because of this, players will only need to land two additional symbols to secure the ‘Vegas Jackpot’.

This Feature-in-Feature-in-Feature structure has been designed to increase player enjoyment offering escalating reward levels without deviating from the known format.

Free Games

Throughout the base game of all four titles, players will experience expanding ‘Wilds’. These will also carry forward into the free game features.

The game family is split across two maths models, each with a different free game mechanic:

• Cash Champ & Glitter & Glitz: Six free games are triggered by three ‘Star’ symbols. During the feature expanding cash-on-reel symbols appear on reels one, three and five. Double cash-on-reel symbols can also appear and expand, awarding size cash-on-reel symbols, from only the one original symbol. This increases the chances of triggering a Hold & Spin feature.
• Magic Touch & Come One Come All: Six free games are triggered by three ‘Star’ symbols. During the feature, when a reveal symbol lands, it expends to cover all three positions on its reel and then reveals the same symbol across them all. Reveals can include standard game symbols, but also cash-on-reel symbols, or the Fabulous Hold & Spin Jackpot symbol, which expands to potentially trigger the Hold & Spin feature and may unlock higher-tier levels.

Link and Market Configuration

The Fabulous Hold & Spin Jackpots games are available in both Link and MultiLink formats on The Baron machine:

• NSW: Link configurations with a choice of a $10K, $20K, $50K, $60K, or $75K start-up Jackpot, and MultiLink options of $30K and $50K Jackpots
• QLD: Link start-ups are available at $10K, $20K, or $50K with MultiLink options of $25K, $40K, and $50K

The SAP version of the games will follow, providing further deployment options.
