The Point of Loyalty is a leading Australian Loyalty and Rewards Program research organisation who publish the annual loyalty program research study For Love or Money tracking significant trends and changes in the Australian loyalty and rewards landscape.

The Drop in collaboration with the Point of Loyalty, are surveying club, casino and hotel managers currently involved in leading or managing the day-to-day of a loyalty and rewards program to determine the main benefits and pain points of loyalty and rewards programs.

The survey is brief and will enable insights into the current state of loyalty and rewards programs in the industry.
