THE 2024 AHG EXPO: ONE MONTH TO GO!
The 2023 AHG Expo made history in more ways than one. Not only did it host the event’s first live cocktail competition in partnership with Diageo, and offer the largest ever lucky door prize – it also drew a record number of visitors through the doors.
With year-on-year growth, the AHG Expo team predicts the 2024 event will be even bigger. Even beyond the AHG Expo itself, it’s set to be a massive week for Brisbane…
What’s on during Expo Week
The AHG Expo always delivers an exciting line up of ancillary events, and the 2024 program is no different. But there is even more to see and do in Brisbane this year, including the World Science Festival (March 15 – 24), two major LEGO events and P!NK’s Summer Carnival (March 19). Of course, there are the official AHG Expo Week events to take part in, too…
- The AHG Congress | Tuesday March 19: This one-day event sees keynote speakers take the stage to discuss the hot topics facing the industry. Tickets are $165 per person and are on sale now on the AHG Expo website.
- The AHG Expo | Wednesday March 20 and Thursday March 21: A showcase of the latest and greatest products, services, and technology the hospitality and gaming industry has to offer. AHG Expo is a place to reconnect with old friends, spark new business partnerships and discover the innovations that will take your business to the next level.
- AHG Tastes | Part of the AHG Expo: The AHG Expo’s dedicated food and beverage precinct, AHG Tastes, will once again host a live cocktail competition, as well as live cooking demonstrations (courtesy of Mibrasa and Comcater – more on that below) and plenty of free taste testers.
- The AHG Cocktail Party | Wednesday March 20: Celebrate the conclusion of Day One at the AHG Cocktail Party, held on the showroom floor at 4pm. This free event brings exhibitors and visitors together – over a few glasses of bubbles, of course – to catch up, rub shoulders and connect with likeminded industry members.

The 2024 AHG Expo is shaping up to be a big in – and it’s thanks, in part, to the amazing exhibitors that are on board. Without giving away too many surprises, here is a sneak peek at what to expect…
- Mibrasa by Comcater (Stand 196 & 197): Don’t miss live cooking demonstrations with Dean Fullard on the hour, across both days of Expo. Dean will demonstrate the unique features and flavours that can be achieve through charcoal cooking, adding a sensational point of difference to your menu items.
- ChargeBoss (Stand 178): Exhibiting at Expo for the first time in 2024, ChargeBoss will demonstrate their fully automated electric vehicle charging systems.
- Farrago (Stand 38 – 41): Design and building company Farrago will introduce their ‘Complete F’d Package’ to the AHG Expo audience, showing how their bespoke solutions can elevate any hospitality space.
