TWIN TOWNS ROLLS OUT NEW COURTESY BUS PLATFORM & VENUE APP
Twin Towns has launched My Courtesy Bus across its three venues, replacing its previous courtesy bus booking system and significantly increasing the capacity of its three-vehicle fleet.
One of Australia’s largest and most recognised club groups, Twin Towns selected the platform from Spoke Technologies to improve booking availability for members, make better use of the available seats on each vehicle and reduce the cost and inefficiency of operating individual trips.
Under the previous system, each vehicle was effectively limited to servicing one booking at a time. My Courtesy Bus allows Twin Towns to combine multiple compatible pickups and drop-offs into a single run, enabling more members to travel and reducing operating costs.
Members can book through the Twin Towns website, its new member app or directly through the club.
The driver application automatically organises each run into the most efficient route using live traffic conditions. Members also receive SMS booking confirmations and an updated expected pickup time when the vehicle is on its way.

A Customised Solution for Twin Towns
Spoke Technologies customised the platform for Twin Towns, allowing members to select pickup and drop-off locations associated with any of its three venues, including booking transport directly between venues.
The solution also manages Twin Towns’ $20 courtesy bus booking fee and associated member reward.
Members receive a $20 food and beverage voucher to use at any Twin Towns venue within 14 days. Through an integration with SenPOS, the voucher is automatically assigned to the member’s loyalty account once the booking is completed, eliminating printed vouchers and manual processing by staff.
Members can pay the booking fee by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, redeem loyalty points or pay over the counter when booking inside the club.
A New Venue App
The My Courtesy Bus rollout coincided with the launch of Twin Towns’ new member app, also delivered by Spoke Technologies in partnership with AAC Solutions.
The new app provides an updated design and user experience aligned more closely with the Twin Towns brand. It is fully integrated with eBET and SenPOS, allowing members to access their digital membership card, points balances and available POS reward vouchers.
The app is also linked directly to the calendar software used on the Twin Towns website, automatically displaying events, entertainment and shows without the club having to maintain content across an additional system.
Other features include a daily game linked to entries in monthly prize draws, push notifications, SMS communications and the ability to issue targeted member rewards.
Together, the two platforms provide Twin Towns with a more connected member experience.
