The Essential Club Legal & Compliance Summit

NSW Registered clubs are required by law to meet accountability and governance requirements under the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and the supporting regulations.
Further, club CEOs have specific responsibilities under the Corporations Act as the club’s Company Secretary to ensure the club’s Board are fully aware of its own obligations under the Act.
One not to be missed – this summit allows for the interpretation and clarification of key legislative issues facing managers.

Country Club Managers’ Conference
Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th May 2024 at Bathurst RSL Club
In its 10th year, the Conference moves to the CMAA Mid State Zone at the Bathurst RSL Club.
This conference is a MUST attend event! The Conference program features an array of topical & interactive sessions that will assist club managers with insights & strategies to be able to better cope with the challenges that face them.
This year the Country Managers Conference kicks off with keynote speaker Jackie Furey’s insights “From the bedroom to the boardroom – it’s all about performance” and concludes with Shane Richardson’s “Leading from the field up!”, with interesting sessions in between including the popular Industry Issues Forum.
