IGT INTELLIGENTLY SOLVES SOCIAL DISTANCING IN GAMING
IGT’s social distancing solution for gaming floors, IGT iSolate™, has helped alleviate the challenges facing venues with social distancing in gaming – managers no longer have to guess which machines to switch off in order to generate the best return in a limited gaming environment.
Introduced into venues with IGT ADVANTAGE CLUB® in June, IGT iSolate intelligently disables machines either side of a gaming machine as soon as a player starts a gaming session on one machine. Once the player finishes their playing session, the machines either side are auto-activated and an urgent page is sent to a gaming attendant to sanitise the machine.
IGT’s customers have praised the solution for helping them reduce costs in re-modelling floors, switching machines off and reducing time – and associated headaches – in complying with the latest social distancing requirements.
