NEW DIGITAL INCIDENT REGISTER FOR NSW LIQUOR AND GAMBLING COMPLIANCE

In response to the requirements set by Liquor & Gaming NSW (L&GNSW) for maintaining a digital incident register and/or digital gambling incident register, ERM Online has introduced the NSW Liquor and Gambling Incident Register Form.

This form ensures compliance with legislative changes and will be updated by ERM whenever regulations are revised.

The form is designed to streamline compliance and improve operational efficiency by integrating the following components:

• Security Incident Form (Black Book)
• Gambling Incident Form
• Record of Conversation Form

Dashboard analytics include a customised reporting widget (visual outputs), allowing for quick and efficient searching and report generation, meeting L&G NSW standards, along with additional reporting widgets that help identify trends and track:

• Number of Incidents by Type per Month and Year
• Number of Incidents by Day per Month and Year
• Number of Reportable Incidents per Month and Year
• Number of Incidents Reported Outside 24 Hours per Month and Year
