ONLINE WINE WORKSHOP

Earlier this year The Drop hosted a Wine School Workshop on Sydney’s Central Coast at Fisherman’s Wharf Restaurant, Woy Woy. The family-owned waterfront restaurant has been awarded a glass by both the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide and Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine.

The Wine School Workshop was hosted by a talented group of sommeliers from Vintage & Vine, led by Michaela Clayton and Nick Bath.

There are 4 video modules in the workshop and all videos are available for Drop Members in the Members Only Section after log-in.  The modules cover Food & Wine Matching, Dining Trends, Wine List Compilation & Costing and Wine Regions.

With so many new Drop members lately, that we thought it a timely reminder to explore the Members Only library section where most of our back content is stored.
