WEREWOLF WILD IS NOW OUT IN THE WILD
Aristocrat’s new Werewolf Wild games, Captain Jack, Cowboys Roll and British Bucks are now released in NSW. The game concept is new to the Australian market with a 15-reel game, instead of the traditional 5-reel game, where each position on the screen “spins” as an individual reel. It’s a concept that has been popular in the USA, but Aristocrat has adapted it for an Australian player with the addition of a strong hold and spin element.
There were many new Aristocrat games that were on display at the recent AGE Show, that push the traditional hold and spin style games further and Werewolf Wild has an innovative base game and free games. Innovation has always been an Aristocrat strength having developed most of the successful games structures over the years that remain so popular among players. They are always prepared to push forward with new concepts, using their strong knowledge of the Australian market as a base for development.
The Werewolf Wild game series are aimed at the “I want to have some fun” players and feature strong character themed games with a cute werewolf and a new instant win cash on reels concept. To keep the wins frequent and the entertainment level high, the games also include a scratch feature, instant scratch wins, and unique free games.
In this game there is a heavy emphasis on the central position on the middle reel, with each of the features triggered from that position:
- To gain the Instant Scratch and Win feature, players must land a Green, Blue or Purple Mini Werewolf, plus a locked cash on reel symbol, which unlocks an instant win.
- A Gold Werewolf in the central position, plus the locked cash on reel symbol, awards a Scratch and Win feature. Players can gain an additional scratch which allows them to collect more cash on reels for an even bigger win.
- By landing a picture symbol in the centre position, plus the locked cash on reel symbol, the Howl Nudge feature can be randomly triggered. The picture symbol in the centre reel then spins again for a 2nd chance to land a coloured werewolf.
- Players can also trigger free games with 3 scatter symbols in paid games.
The Werewolf Wild game family is available in both Link and SAP configurations, giving venues plenty of choice of jackpot levels to suit their players. The interest in this game is in the new 15-reel game structure, with players focused on wins from the central position in the middle reel, which provides lots of ways for them to trigger cash on reel wins.
