GRAND FORTUNE LINK

Ainsworth’s have released all four new Grand Fortune Link games: Wild Eyes, Ancient Temple, Year of the Rabbit and Fortune Bull.

The Grand Fortune Link games have a mix of volatilities to suit a range of player types who want exciting anticipation throughout the game and some big wins to reward their play session. Wild Eyes and Fortune Bull are slightly more volatile and will appeal to the mid-high denomination players who are looking for varied game play and strong feature wins.  Ancient Temple and Year of the Rabbit are mid volatility games. While they will appeal to regular 1c players, higher tier players will still enjoy the main features, free games and instant wins on these games. As a result, this link will fit anywhere on your gaming floor.

Common features across all games

Instant Fortune Win

Many players find that unless they win a feature early in their play session these days, they often don’t get much play time. Ainsworth have addressed that issue for players in this game family by adding in an Instant Fortune Win opportunity in the base game. These instant wins make up, on average, 16% of the return to player percentage split (RTP%), so it is a significant feature for players that enables them to extend their opportunity to gain a feature.

For an instant win, players are looking to land a cash symbol anywhere on reels 1-4 and a trigger symbol on reel 5. They can get more than one cash on reel symbol and will instantly be awarded the credit prize, Mini, Minor, Maxi or Major Jackpots.

Hold and Stack feature.

While the feature in these games is similar to the earlier cash stacks games the maths has been improved to provide a more direct route to feature wins.

Players are looking for three yin yang symbol scatters to trigger the feature. The feature starts with the addition of a top row above the screen with credit values. Every time you collect a scatter, the spins reset to three, and the values increase in the row above. These symbols hold for each spin so when a player achieves 3 symbols on a reel (a stack), they are instantly awarded with the prize above the reel as a bonus for the player. So, players are awarded with the prize values of the scatters on screen, and the stack prize on top.

Free game features

Players are always looking for additional ways to win and extend their play time on games and free game features provide that boost.

• Ancient Temple and Year of the Rabbit: three or more temples gives the player 8 free games. The players are looking to land buddha (in Ancient Temple) or rabbit symbols (in Year of the Rabbit), on reel 3 which extends across the whole reel as random stacked multipliers of x2, x3, x4, x5 or x8. Players can also land the buddha/rabbit symbol stacks on reels 2 and 4, and with the stacked symbol offering multipliers on reel 3, players really see strong 3, 4 and 5 of a kind line wins.
• Wild Eyes and Fortune Bull: In this feature, three or more temples (in Wild Eyes) or coins (in Fortune Bull) triggers eight free games. The player is trying to land as many tiger (in Wild Eyes) or bull symbols (in Fortune Bull) as possible through the first seven free games. These are counted in the top screen during the free games. In the final free game, all the tigers/bulls that have been collected, randomly fill the play screen, and if they land in the same position, they will turn into 2x and 3x multipliers. Players will enjoy the final spin where 3, 4 and 5 of a kind line wins are boosted with the additional multipliers.

The Grand Fortune Link is available in 1c to $2 for NSW and 1c to $1 denomination everywhere else with a choice of top-level jackpots at $10,000, $15,000 and $20,000. As well as the first four games another two games are coming for the Grand Fortune link: Lotus Riches and Emperors Riches.

Grand Fortune Wild Eyes and Grand Fortune Year of the Rabbit will also be released as SAP games in coming months.

LUCKY STARS DELUXE SAP

The Lucky Stars Deluxe game family has three games in the range, Blazin’ Hot, Double Chance and Hearts on Fire. These games have been designed for the large number of players we have coming into our clubs each day that want to have some fun and spend some time on a machine. These are entertainment games with play in 1c to 10c denominations only and will suit positioning towards the front or centre of the main gaming floor.

Coin collection feature

The coin collection feature is common across all games and is triggered by 6 or more stars. Five free spins are awarded where players aim to collect additional stars and additional free spins. All credit values on the stars are awarded as they land, and the stars are collected in the top screen with the aim for the player to gain 15 stars to get into a special Megastar feature. There is also a star that occasionally lands with a x2 multiplier which doubles all prizes throughout the feature.

Once gaining the 15 stars players move through to the Megastar feature where a mega reel spins to award additional prizes such as an additional credit value win, or the major or grand jackpot.

In these games the free games features are designed to be simple and graphically clear to entertain the mass market players where:

• Blazin’ Hot: players land three or more-dollar symbols to triggers five free games and are looking for wild multipliers that appear on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5.
