Tabcorp Gaming Solutions will present a line-up of experts providing FREE industry education sessions at the upcoming Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE) in their Big Picture Lounge. Visitors are welcome to experience a range of industry-specific topics that will run for approximately 20 minutes each.

11am Suzee Brain, Brain and Poulter – Food Trends which will Drive Pub and Club Sales in the Future
Suzee is a total food guru and is the director and co-owner of Brain & Poulter, the retail food advisors consistently producing outstanding results for owners of hotels, clubs, shopping centres, airports and office buildings through developing innovative F&B strategies including The Star, Sydney Opera House and Tramsheds. Suzee has a stunning track record of both owning and managing super successful food operations from an early age. Suzee held her first senior management role before she turned 21 and worked in senior management roles in hotel and commercial catering until she was 30. Suzee started her own cafe chain called “Sydney Eats” at the age of 30 and in 2008 her cafe called “92 Degrees” won Cafe of the Year.

Linda is recognised as one of the leading exponents of club marketing in the country. Her groundbreaking ideas and innovations have not only won many awards but have changed the face of club marketing over the past decade. Linda is a regular speaker and subject-matter-expert at conferences and workshops and is also a director and editor of online industry news and networking platform, The Drop. She’ll be speaking about recognising different market segements and how to reach them when it comes to gaming.
1pm Riccardo Callegari, Tabcorp Gaming Solutions – Driving Your Gaming Performance
Riccardo has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, including seven years as Group Gaming Manager for the Easts Group of Clubs/Sydney Roosters. Having worked across the country in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, Riccardo brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge in the gaming entertainment sector. At Tabcorp Gaming Solutions he is responsible for the analysis of gaming performance, selection of gaming product and successful deployment for customer venues.

John has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and consulting positions to the hospitality, entertainment and leisure industry focusing on innovation, business transformation, asset and management performance and operational improvement.
John has reinvented many registered Clubs including Cabana Bar and Lounge and is involved with start-ups including CLUBCO.

Francis’ forty years in retail food, business and hospitality have resulted in his ability to offer his clients specialisation in the ability to understand consumer needs, map their purchase path and buying patterns, and align them with the spatial positioning of the projects he is working on. Francis is a considered futurist when it comes to what people will be eating and drinking and how they will be spending their leisure time in 2020 and beyond.
