STRATEGIES & TOOLS FOR ADVANCING GUEST EXPERIENCE – HALF DAY SEMINAR

Strategies & Tools for Advancing Guest Experience (STAGE) is a half-day seminar that is designed for Management in Clubs & Gaming.

With a goal of enabling you to identify opportunities to enhance your experience offering and build stronger relationships and affinity with guests and members, the STAGE Seminar is designed to help you build a competitive edge that is specific to your brand.

The seminar covers topics on Customer/Guest Experience in the Club and Gaming sector and explores the relevance of Guest Experience from a neurological standpoint while shedding light on the role of emotion in the experience economy. It will also discuss the influence of your brand and its prior exposure, as well as the role of staff interactions in enhancing Guest Experience. Measuring the ROI of Guest Experience delivery and its impact on revenues and profits is a critical topic covered in the seminar.

The seminar will be highly interactive and will allow for ample opportunities to ask questions, gain insight into your own organisation’s current guest experience offering and understand how you can implement learnings to drive tangible outcomes.

You will also have time to network with your peers from other properties during the cocktail session following the seminar.
