This year’s CMAA National Managers Conference 2024 promises an expert lineup of speakers, interactive sessions, and valuable networking opportunities all designed to help navigate the economic challenges through valuable business insights. This year, the conference heads back to QLD at Southport Sharks on the Gold Coast from Wednesday, July 24th to Saturday, July 27th.
AI as CEO Executive Course

Kicking off the conference is an optional executive course led by Laurel Papworth, delving into the strategic integration of AI into your business. Club CEOs will explore the transformative potential of AI in strategic planning, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
National Conference Sessions
Day 1
Conference sessions include a range of expert presentations and discussions that target current industry issues. Among the highlights of the day is Dr. Louise Mahler’s session, “The Currency of Trust” that emphasizes the importance of authenticity and interpersonal skills in building trust, a cornerstone of success in today’s business landscape.

Day 2
Day 2 sessions provide an overview of the state of the economy on the Hospitality Industry and the popular “Future of Gaming” session facilitated by Terry O’Halloran from Aristocrat. This panel discussion always provides insights into gaming performance, emerging trends, regulatory changes, and innovative strategies to navigate the evolving gaming landscape.

Charity Race Day:
Concluding the conference on Saturday, July 27th, is the CMAA Gold Coast Charity Race Day at the Gold Coast Turf Club. Attendees can enjoy a day of fun at the races while supporting the Kids In Need Association, dedicated to assisting children with disabilities and serious illnesses in Northern NSW & Gold Coast.
