This summit is designed for managers aspiring to becoming CEOs by providing a series of topics which will help to make clearer the expectations of the role. Delivered by CEOs with considerable long-term professional skills and experience in the industry, subjects will include both personal and professional requirements such as:
- researching and analysing a club before you apply for a role
- developing a resume and interview tips and techniques for a more exacting role
- negotiating your salary package
- dealing with a board
- management and reporting club finances
The CEOs involved will share their tips, and insights on how they lead their clubs through
what is now a highly complex and compliance driven environment.
