FRAUD INVESTIGATION FOR CLUB MANAGERS

It’s an unpleasant fact but fraud is on the rise in our industry. The CMAA has put together a one-day management training workshop designed to prepare candidates to compile a brief of evidence that would meet a satisfactory requirement for presentation to law enforcement agencies or employment tribunals & insurance claims. The course is suitable for club managers at all levels, as well as hotel operators.
