JPMorgan have just released their 12th Annual J.P Morgan Slot Survey where they investigate market sentiment around machine replacements and game conversions, EGM pricing, spend per player, and manufacturer performance with market forecasts.
The findings have been split into three categories: 1) slot market trends; 2) competitor landscape; and 3) company-specific analysis & forecasts.
Key observations, charts & details include:
- Increased spend on machine replacement with 90% of venues expected to increase or maintain their capex spend this year
- Increased spend on game conversions
- An expectation of increased pricing for new machines
- Spend per customer has increased
