The growth of golf and social membership by 30%, trading in profit since the end of 2014 (started August that year) and reduced debt position by $250,000, 75% down.

  1. Is there a piece of advice or something compelling you have learnt that you can pass on to our readers and up and coming managers?

Use your ears more than your mouth! Make sure the members/customers can provide you with feedback about the club and what they want.

  1. Outside of the club and your role there. Do you have any hobbies or passions? Tell us a bit about you.

Golf, soccer, cricket, still trying to play all three at a rapidly maturing age
